Went to Sam’s Club hearing center for first appt last week, appt was for testing with Meghan. I was very pleased with the testing, it was very thorough, exactly what I’ve experienced over past 10 years at Audiologists, but this was no charge. Meghan was a delight and very knowledgeable and helpful. I found myself limited in choices as really feel I need battery hearing aids rather then rechargeable because have had issues with rechargeable not lasting long enough during long travel times. Works well most of the time but get squealing noses in the car when listening to music and when using earbuds if phone is in left pocket the right ear bud cuts out - if I move the phone closer it works but should not be a problem when it's that close that it should pick it up.

I was not given the opportunity to return my Hearing aids within the 90 day period. After several times Meghan was told they were not functioning. I have had 4 pairs of hearing aids in 15 years. This was the first pair I was faced with these issues. She did not listen to my needs. I made appointments. Would show up and get bumped by someone who did not have an appointment. The feed back that was coming from hearing aids was annoying. They did not work well with TV. And group conversations. Lucid Hearing is not a good choice ... read more
