Service after sale is awesome. Buy a better grade aid. You can really tell the difference. CHRIS AT SAMS CLUB IS THE BEST!!!
Chris was most helpful . He made several suggestions and set up the new hearing aids. I have sent a friend to get hearing aids since I got mine. The aids really work great .
We just left Sam’s Club in Kannapolis. My cousin and I brought my dad to get a free hearing test with CHRISTOPHER J. LOCANE. Christopher asked my dad “how are you?”. We translated for him. Christopher then asked my dad for his date of birth and I translated again. CHRISTOPHER immediately said because there is a language barrier he cannot proceed with the appointment. Chris was great. He answered all my questions. I’m 70 and have a lot of questions about hearing aids. He worked with me. He showed me all the details. I feel he went above and beyond what most would have done.
