I made my appointment with Brandon Morris at the Sam’s store. When I arrived I was asked about hearing issues and tested in a booth for sounds I could hear and not hear. I was told of my options and given choices to consider. I am very pleased with Mr Morris’s services and I am considering my options for hearing.
I had a great experience at Lucid Hearing Center! Brandon spent a lot of time explaining the hearing aids and was very knowledgeable. He had a very caring attitude and truly went “the extra mile.”
Mr.Morris very kind & patience with all my questions. Explained everything. He Knows about hearing aids and explained in a way I understood. Highly recommend seeing him to get your ears working.
