Ruth M at the Lucid Hearing Center within Sams Club: Absolutely stellar! What a wonderful experience. Ruth is super professional, engaging, just a beautiful personage. Her knowledge of audiometrics and finesse with adjusting my aids has been glorious. I thought for sure my aids would no longer work. Ruth did a “sound check” (hearing test ), adjusted and cleaned my devices and all was back in order. Thanks Ruth !
