I have been seeing Vicki at Sam’s Club Hearing Center for going on two years. Her expertise in hearing aid use and how to address any issues is why I keep coming back to Sam’s Club for my hearing aid care. Because I trust Vicki with something this important, when I’m ready to upgrade my hearing aids I will do it at Sam’s Club with Vicki. We purchased hearing aids in 2025 from Lucid Hearing inside Sam’s Club in Ypsilanti and worked with Vicky. My husband spent over three hours at the initial appointment completing the hearing test and reviewing paperwork. We returned for pickup, which took another two hours. We paid over $2,500 for the hearing aids and an additional $500 for the extended warranty. I was extremely pleased with the service I received! The audiologist, Vickie, was excellent. She explained everything she was doing and interpreted test results clearly while answering any questions I had. I was nervous because I had no experience with hearing aids but she relieved all of my anxieties and I was very comfortable for this first appointment.
