Jennifer is the best! She is more thorough than my regular ear doctor that does hearig test. She explains everything in detail in a way that you can understand and is very patient when I get confused or have many questions, she also makes it easy if you need to change appointments. There is never a worry for my supplies or anything. She will support you in any way she can. I would definitely recommend her to everyone!
My husband recently received a hearing aid. We had some issues, questions and concerns since receiving the hearing aid. Jennifer, the hearing aid specialist, has been at the Sam's Club location each time we stop by (no appointment) with questions (several). Jennifer is very attentive, patient, kind and understanding. I would definitely recommend the Sam's Club location on Broad Street if anyone has general questions regarding hearing issues. Jennifer will take time with you.
After having a representative in the lucid booth that was very inferior in personality and service, Jennifer is so much a breath of fresh air....she is very much in tuned to making her customers have the best hearing that is possible.. She started by checking my h/aid to be sure it was set to my needs. She gave me a much overdue hearing test which proved to be very helpful in identifying where my hearing losses were and proceeded to clean and adjust them to my needs.
