First let me say, my hearing is very poor to say the least. I first started wearing hearing aides 10 years ago and it seems, although they helped, they were never right. Sometimes I could hear better with my right then my left, then neither. I wanted to say that I went to see Paul (audiologist) at the Sam's Club location on SR 60 in Brandon and I haven't been more satisfied. Paul is thorough, patient and professional. He seemed genuinely concerned that I got the best fitment and I understood how to use the phone app. Very happy with my experience.
Paul Procko is amazing. My husband has been to all the local hearing aid places in the area. We have purchased 4 pairs of expensive hearing aids. None have worked well for him. Today we met with Paul in Sam’s club and he is the first specialist that has taken the time to let us know exactly what he needed and why. If you think you may have a hearing problem make sure to give Paul Procko a chance to help you.
Paul has always taken very good care of my mom with her hearing issues. He takes his time explaining things to her and makes sure she understands. Last weekend she went to a restaurant for a birthday party and it was the first time in a very long time that she was finally able to hear what everyone was saying. She finally felt included in the conversations. Thank you so much Paul!! You’re awesome!!!
Paul is excellent to work with regarding hearing assistance. He is always helpful and manages to figure out what problem I’m having with my hearing aids. He is always pleasant and always helpful. He is highly recommended.
