Pleasant staff, very helpful, provided information and guided us through the evaluations, testing, and purchase. We purchased hearing aids. They fited, paid for and we went home. Hearing aids were always chirping. Talked, adjusted, tried using the hearing to listen to TV. I could not hear anything. We contacted our representative and returned the hearing aids for full refund. You staff was careful and helpful. Everything was carred for and resolved. Thank you.
