Donna Nagle is extremely knowledgable, helpful and caring. She was very thorough when working with my parents to fit them for their first hearing aids. We just went back for a check up and Donna took extra time to answer all their questions. We will continue to work with her as she is very patient and determined to make sure her clients are treated well.
Was assisted by Donna Nagle H.A.S. who showed the utmost in customer service and professionalism. Donna was very thorough in explaining the aspects of my hearing test and the best solution to correcting the problem. Include were what to expect and how to adapt to my hearing aids. A job well done.
