Marsha was so kind and patient with my 93 year old mom! She really understands the challenges an elderly person has to deal with. Highly recommend her!

Marsha was excellent! She did not try to sell me anything. The hearing exam took a little over an hour. At the end she reviewed the results, gave me a copy, and encouraged me to come back anytime if I had questions or wanted to retest.
Technician was very knowledgeable and very helpful and did whatever she could to ensure I received the correct hearing aids
