I would give him less than 1 star if I could. Mr. Jason West was rude and condescending. She is young with severe hearing loss and he berated her and belittled her and refused to administer a hearing exam so we could purchase hearing aids. She has worn hearing aids for over 10 years due to her moderate to severe bilateral hearing loss. If you are a younger person that needs hearing aids I would steer clear. If you like being treated like trash this is the perfect place for you.
