I’m so glad I stop by at Sam’s Club H caring Center, months ago, I meet Judy Celozzi, she is professional, cares a lot about my hearing loss, help me along with my hearings aids so I can hear conversations in a noisy atmosphere. I’ve been back several times on appointments to improve my hearing experience, Judy is there, professional as she is, adjusting my hearing aids for me. I’ll just say, thanks Judy.
Fabulous personnel and great Hearing Aids that have made a huge impact on the quality of my life.
Twice I have scheduled an exam only to be asked to reschedule/come in at a different time. Each time i have been unable to change the time due to my schedule. If an appointment is booked, they should stick with the time. Very unprofessional.
