I was impressed with the quality of the hearing exam and fitting of my new Lucid Ultra A128 hearing aids. I have been wearing them now for a week and after one minor adjustment by Shevonne, they are working great. Thank you Shevonne for a great experience at Sam's Club hearing center and will recommend you to my friends.
Great customer service from Shavonne. I purchased these hearing aids a year ago and when I went back for my annual evaluation(check up) she was the one who discovered that I was lacking in certain ranges. She adjusted the hearing aids and the difference is incredible! Thank you so much for your help. I would highly recommend her as your technician.
