It was amazing what I could hear after I put on my hearing aids I couldn’t believe what I was missing all these years Dr Ashley was so good at showing me everything about my hearing aids and how everything works on your phone and listens to all my concerns. Thank you so much.
Nobody wants to admit they have a hearing loss, and I was one of them. I scheduled a hearing exam at my local Sam's Club. I was apprehensive and a bit nervous, but Dr. Brown put me immediately at ease. (Not to mention it was reassuring to have such a well educated person taking care of my hearing needs.) Dr Brown is fabulous to work with. She is caring, attentive and extremely knowledgeable about hearing loss and the best treatment alternatives. I was hesitant about even getting hearing aids and she made it a very positive experience. They do not work on commission, and she helped me identify the right hearing aids for my lifestyle and budget.
