My aids have helped but been back a couple of times because of feedback problems. They haven't been able to correct and just deal with it.
I think the Audiologists name was Scott? I was in Florida on vacation and one of my hearing aids stopped working. I thought it was beyond repair and required a new ear piece. Scott - having due experience with these devices - identified the problem immediately. He cleaned the connectors behind the battery doors and replied the doors. They work as good as new now! He even educated me on how to clean them to avoid the problem in the future.
