I am very pleased with my hearing aids and with the two audiologists at the hearing station. They are both thorough and very friendly.
I arrived for an appointment I'd scheduled about a week prior, only to discover a sign that said they are closed today and will be back on Monday, 'sorry for any inconvenience'. Really?? I got email reminders for the appointment, but no email to tell me they wouldn't be open!! Ridiculous!!
