Melissa Globensky was awesome. She took the time to make sure I understood the procedure for the hearing test and programming the hearing aids. When the time came to pair the hearing aids to my Android phone she walked me through the steps. When there were issues with the hearing aids and Lucid app she worked with me until the problems were solved. Melissa stayed 1.5 hours after she was supposed to leave. She is very knowledgeable and knows how to provide great customer service.

I experienced very professional service from Melissa Globensky, as she tested my hearing, and then advised me in regard to choosing the appropriate hearing aids. She is kind and very competent, and I feel very possitive about choosing Lucid Hearing.
The technician Ashley is great. Very knowledgeable and ongoing support is top notch. Very happy with the product and service!
