First of all I have never seen Kristen when she did not have a smile on her face! Wonderful person to be around. Very helpful, understanding, caring, knowledgeable and just a all around great person. If I gave her a 10* it still wouldn't be high enough. (I mean every single thing that I posted on this review!)
Excellent service. Very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly at the Jackson, TN Sam's.
My wife and I both have hearing aids from here. We have had them for several years and absolutely love them. Kristen has been excellent to meet all of our needs with a smile. I am so glad we came to her with our hearing problems. We both highly recommend her !
