She is very responsive, caring and prompt. Even in a no appointment stop she always takes care of my needs and answers questions with a smile. Great to work with someone who knows her job and is affective.
Carolyn is very caring and knowledgeable in all phases of the hearing testing. She isn't pushy when it comes to selling hearing aids and just suggests what is appropriate.
This was my first annual followup visit. Carolyn is outstanding. She is very helpful and provides a great service. I have complete confidence that should I have any issues she is willing and able to help. Highly recommend.
