Shannon Cahill did a great job with the exam. She went over and above to complete the test. She explained every step and what to expect next. I was very pleased with the test and the results.
My left hearing aid needed a new ear wire. Reviewing my account Shannon Cahill, the hearing specialist made the necessary repair, but also updated the ear insert speaker pieces. I was overdue for a hearing test, so Shannon scheduled that. My left ear drum was not visible in the camera shot, so she recommended that I have the wax removed before she could schedule the hearing test.
