Chad does a great job of cleaning my hearing aids and providing updates. Very helpful and friendly guy and I love my hearing aids.

I had a great experience. Chad Cummings is fantastic to work with. I knew I had hearing loss and I knew it was not good. Chad explained and showed me the charts of my sounds and lack of. The device he set me up with is great..still getting use to hearing so many sounds I didn't realize I was missing. Thank you Chad Cummings for all your help. 5 starts and 2 thumbs up.
