Jessica walked me through my history and test results. She explained how your hearing and your brain work together. She also explained that genetic history plays a part in your hearing. I was taught to lip read as a child and no longer need to do that unless I have my hearing aids out. I can't imagine going through life without hearing aids. I did not realize how bad my hearing loss was until I had a test done with Jessica at this store. She was so kind and patient, and together we decided which aids would be best for me. I’ve had them for about 3 months now and love them. My quality of life has improved greatly. My follow ups are easy and I appreciate the attention I receive. I’d give Jessica 10 ⭐️ if I could.
My husband had the best experience at the crestwood sams club with Jessica when getting his hearing aids and have highly recommended her to friends.
