I would give it 6 stars if that was an option. Person helping me (John) could not have been more helpful and informative. He was concerned to make my hearing aids work for me. He did not try to sell me on new products which I do not need. Great service. I will be back. Larry

Wide range of options to choose from. Free, very thorough Hearing Evaluations with copy provided and there is no obligation nor pressure to purchase! Members get free annual tests as part of membership benefits. Non-members can be tested and purchase membership in order to make purchases in the club with their membership.
John Cummins is so attentive and patient. He is a credit to the company. I appreciate his input even more because he uses hearing aids himself and understands all the issues that customers face. Thank you for great service!
John at Sam's Club does a terrific job of staying in touch and then making sure I'm completely comfortable with my settings and also the physical fitment of my BTE hearing aids. Absolutely recommend his professional services!
