Great experience. Information clear and very helpful. Mandy was very professional and very nice.
Mandy is awesome! Very knowledgeable. Listened to our previous experience with another solution and offered different services to ensure our needs were met this time around. Which they were completely! The only negative I could say is that Lucid is not an in network provider for Cigna/Healthdpring. The company they use is horrible! We went through two sets of hearing aids with them.
