I learned a lot on this initial visit. Kenny Kidd was very experienced with a family in the business for a few generations. He is a patient communicator and will explain in detail the results of a complete exam. He will show the options for whatever issue you want to address. No sales pressure! And no cost on the initial exam. I will work with this business when I decide what I need.
Skeptic at first, but I walked away really impressed by the sound booth, the number of tests done on me, and most of all the professionalism, thoroughness, and friendliness of Kenny Kidd. I highly recommend you get your hearing checked here inside Sam’s Club.
