Alissa Keller did an excellent job helping me overcome a handicap I have had for 60 years. First hearing aid that felt natural. I only have tried a couple in 6 decades and didn’t have the income to spend 6/12K on hearing aids. I am hearing things I have never heard before. It’s amazing. Alissa is so patience and understanding. Quick to return your calls. Plus she takes the time to work with you. The best customer service I have ever experienced in 60 years. Amazing help with my hearing and hearing test
My free hearing test was quick and informative. Megan was professional, caring, and thorough in explaining my results with follow up instructions. I have higher standards in terms of cleanliness with my own experience in the medical field, so I was ecstatic to see that she took the time to make sure everything was properly sanitized before and after my test. While I didn’t end up needing any hearing aids, I know who to call if I ever do. I highly recommend seeing Megan for any of your hearing needs!
Nobody there and waited. Sign said they are open but nobody there waited 15 minutes , nothing.
