We came here because my husband wears hearing aids and bought some over the counter ones here. He was having issues with one and she was able to fix it! He actually ended up getting a hearing test and getting better hearing aids. I must say Sheri was absolutely amazing! She actually listened to my husband and cared! I will say this will be my husband's new place for his ears! I cannot say enough on how much we were cared for! This is the place to go to in you need to get your ears check or need hearing aids! Sam’s club of Green Bay has a fantastic Lucid hearing center with great customer care which continues well after the initial purchase. Sheri is great to work with in getting the best sound out of your hearing aids and always available to clean and take care of any concerns I have about them A+++
Sheri is very good and knows what she is doing. Testing and providing hearing aids is done with minimum waiting with many choices available. No wiating weeks for the aids.
