The service is great. She always goes out of her way to make sure you're taken care of.
Sam’s club of Green Bay has a fantastic Lucid hearing center with great customer care which continues well after the initial purchase. Sheri is great to work with in getting the best sound out of your hearing aids and always available to clean and take care of any concerns I have about them A+++
Sheri is very good and knows what she is doing. Testing and providing hearing aids is done with minimum waiting with many choices available. No wiating weeks for the aids.
I purchased my Lucid hearing aids some time ago and have not been wearing. Sheri serviced my like-new hearing aids today and spent much time trying to update my firmware and pair with my phone. She was successful and was able to offer me rechargeable batteries which no longer requires me to buy and install numerous batteries. She really went the extra mile to assist me and I will be back in 6 months to have her check my progress.
