Nikki was the most professional and helpful service person with Lucid hearing aids at Sam's Club that we could have hoped for. I can’t say enough good things about Nikki Rihner at the Slidell, La Lucid Hearing Center in Sam’s. She is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her patients. She listened to my concerns, walked me through the testing process, and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. Customer service like this is rare these days. If you need hearing help, go see Nikki—you won’t regret it!
