Nikki has taken great care of me, she ran all the tests, fitted my hearing aids and I hear so much better now. The place I was before did not do near all the tests I got at Slidell. They really made a difference. Nikki added so much more, we the help I got and her friendly approach. I trust her because of her knowledge about the tests and the products. My follow up exams (every 6 months) keep my hearing up-to-date.
The audiologist here is amazing. Nikki not only answered my questions but explained it in such a way that I felt comfortable moving forward. I was worried I'd be pushed into something I didn't need but we went over the advantages of the different types of hearing aids and found something that works great for me, 10/10
Every one of my experiences at this Lucid Hearing Center was pleasant and professional. Nikki Rihner is a joy to work with for us who are hearing impaired. She puts the patient at ease, explains the how and why that is being done, which relaxes me whenever my ears and hearing aids need a checkup. So, an "all thumbs up" from me for Nikki Rihner, and Lucid Hearing Center, and I'm looking forward to my next appointment with her there.
