My mother got her hearing aids from this Lucid Center in Sam’s Club in Roanoke. I am so pleased with decision to work with them. They told us “any problems, come back or call.” We have done just that and they listen to my mom’s concerns and make adjustments and tweaks every time. These are her 1st hearing aids so there is a lot to learn. They have been fantastic. Special shout out to Brian Lamb. He’s been wonderful.
Terrible place to buy hearing aids. They do not answer the phone, never have the parts. 5000 dollar hearing aids and they will not stay charged. While waiting on parts they did not have, the time to turn them in ran out. They have the worst customer service.
