Mr. Nash was excellent at his job! He had so much knowledge and information to share and he did it in a professional manner. He was great. Negative comment was the sound proof room, it was not sound proof. The Hearing Test area is located at the checkout area of Sam's and you can hear the "ding" each time some scanned an item. It disrupts the ability to clearly perform the hearing test. Suggest switching location between optical department and hearing departments at this location.

I think Darrell Nash is great...he's fixed every problem that I have had with my hearing aides. I have told all my family and friends about him and how he is so thorough with his work
