Their hearing aids are "okay", but if I had a choice, I would have chosen Costco's Phillips hearing aids. Unfortunately, we were limited to a 5 mile radius around the nursing home.

I didn’t think I had much hearing loss. I scheduled a free hearing test, and lo and behold, my hearing was deficient. The test was quick and thorough. Kurt, the hearing specialist, did an excellent job of explaining the results, programming the hearing aids, answering any and all questions, and offering support. Now that I have ALL my hearing back, I’m surprised at what I was missing!!
Kurt at Sam’s Club Hearing Center in Elgin was good at taking the time to educate our group on the importance of hearing tests.I will highly recommend Kurt to family and friends.
Kurt, at Sam's hearing center, is very helpful and knowledgeable, along with being very patient. I have a reverse hearing loss from the average person and Kurt was very patient and when it came time to adjust my aids to fit my loss. Another great thing about Sam's hearing center, they are willing to clean your hearing aids as often as needed without charge. 5 star all the way, thanks to Kurt!
