Haley Richter has been extremely helpful to me in adjusting my hearing aids and providing excellent help with any questions that I may have. Today, she assisted me with Apple Watch issues. She is thorough and allows enough time to answer all my concerns. I highly recommend Haley as an excellent technician and resource!
