Have worked with Sondra for Over 5 years and Hampton since he started and have nothing but admiration for for the attention and service they have provided to me and my wife on our hearing aids and cleaning and adjustments. Wonderful Service and great people.
I always have wonderful experiences here. Sondra and Hampton always greet me by name, even when I’m just in the store shopping. They always check if I need anything and are ALWAYS prompt when I have an appointment.
Drove 1 hour to get to this Sam’s club on sat 12/20/25 hours of operation were from 10:00am to 6:00pm Waited for 15 minutes, no response from anyone, no one at the booth. Terrible service, customers ignored Not happy
Hampton and Sondra have provided me excellent service. I am an avid bird watched and have fallen away from the hobby ever since I started having hearing issues. Once I got my hearing aids from the fort wayne hearing center I have been able to pick up on all sorts of bird calls and even a few I didn't hear before! If you want to have your quality od life back check them out!
Sondra and Hampton at 6313 in Fort Wayne are the best of any locations I have been to , and had my hearing aids serviced by.
