Asking someone to delete a post just because you can't take a negative rate is not a way to fix your customer service issues. I am more than sure, that I will not remove my bad review and if I was able to give zero stars, I will do it without any hesitation.
Luciano is much more than "just" an accountant. He is a kind person, he looks at you as a human being, he really deserves a 5 star rating! I tried others before I met him and I feel very lucky to have him as my accountant.
