A couple of weeks ago to get some waxing done and I was greeted by a lovely lady called Lucy. She explained how the waxing works and she was so professional and gentle. Thank you Lucy. XX. This morning I had a booking with Lucy for some cupping and I can honestly say that Lucy did a great job . I have been at the store for many years now and it is always spotless and professional. Thank you Lucy .
Helen was professional and friendly. She focused on the sore areas with the right pressure and the massage was very relaxing. Very satisfied with the treatment.
Worst experience of my life. Do not choose Helen or whatever her real name is. Worst massage Worst customer service Have no idea about a massage or matter infact anything else apart from craving more money to give extra services. If you need to contact me further on this please do so. I should get my money refunded as to properly compensated for such a disastrous experience of my life. I wish I could give you zero stars but unfortunately I can not.

I highly recommend Lucy’s Spa for male waxing. I have been getting waxed for about 6 months now getting Brazillian, bum and back done. I never get any ingrown hairs and I am always left very smooth. 10/10. She is also very kind and friendly.
