If I could put ZERO stars I would. I was in this shop for less then 5mins before I was yelled at by the women working there and was told not to touch anything, I just walked out because she made my sister and I SO UNCOMFORTABLE!!! Please don’t waste your time!! ZERO STARSSSSSS!!! Terrible customer service
We went to look for a nontraditional wedding dress. She literally said if we weren't buying today that her dresses were secret. She wouldn't even tell us the price of a displayed dress in the window. We weren't asking to try on, merely look at styles in the correct color. Other reviewers said having a male with you helped. Who takes a man to shop for a wedding dress? I work in the mall and was truly appalled at the rudeness abd unwillingness to provide any customer service.
So we were a little worried going in because of the bad reviews. I was expecting the worst. My husband and I took our daughter in to get a homecoming dress and it went very well!! She did specifically ask in the beginning if we were just looking or planning to buy something. We told her we needed a homecoming dress and she again asked if we were planning on buying it.
