Wonderful service. Daughter and I showed up for a graduation dress. Neither of us had no idea what we were doing. Lucia was very patient with us, helped us understand what type of dresses where suitable for the occasion. She explained to us what alterations could be made, and picked out a nice selection of dresses for my daughter to chose from, and try a couple of her favorites on. Wouldn't let us even try us a dress without a deposit and doesn't refund the deposit if we don't buy a dress from her.
aside from the fact that you apparently need an appointment to even enter the store, you need to make a $100 deposit to even TRY on a dress and if u don’t like it it’s NONREFUNDABLE. She’s acting like she’s selling celebrity worth dresses. aside from that her attitude is just very unfriendly and overall the place is not worth your time or money. you get better service at a regular wedding boutiques and prom stores than whatever crap of a store that is
I really loved all the dresses the owner was able to show me. Very nice and helped me with the dresses I tried on.
The lady there is very straight forward but she listens to what you want and finds exactly what you’re looking for. The deposit she asked for is to try on the dresses is crazy at first but you soon realize she has HAND MADE EVERY DRESS HERSELF! So just in case someone ruins a dress, rips it or whatever it covers the cost of repairs. All the dresses are absolutely beautiful!. Not just bought or shipped in but hand stitched. Every dress is different than any dress I ever seen. Every culture, she has the dress for you.
