I have been completely ghosted by both Nick and Kaitlyn about our loan. He said that he was in a car accident but still continues to post on his social media accounts by others that are mutual acquaintances that have told both my real estate agent and myself. I spent $775 for a home inspection that is about to fall through because he never got back to me but I had an "approval letter" from him. He seemed so helpful at first but now I am super disappointed and distraught over this entire process.
