I love the honest and the assertive response they give on every question I have, specially when I don't understand or I don't have very clear my knowledge about my rights and obligations over my financial situation. They take enough time to explain and suggest possible options to be happy with the required service I need. so I highly recommend Lucero's services for your personal office chores.
My mom went in politely asking for help with paperwork and was treated very rudely by the woman at the front desk. There was no reason for the attitude. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect. I would not recommend this place.

Extremely disappointed. I’ve tried multiple times to contact this company and no one ever answers the phone or returns calls. Customer service is basically nonexistent, calls go unanswered and follow ups never happen. Given their high prices, I expected far better communication and professionalism.
