Un-Oaked Whites! I love this place. My husband and I discovered it a couple of years ago when we visited Solvang. At that time they had an un-oaked "virgin" chardonnay. (Chardonnay fermented and stored in stainless as opposed to oak). Not being a big fan of most CA chardonnay's I quickly changed my tune when tasting just the fruit as opposed to all wood.
