Lucas saved the deal! Lucas and his team was able to re-qualify the buyers and close the home purchase! I was very impressed of how quick he was able to communicate and get the buyers underwriting approved, and closed within the 14 days! If you ever doubt or need clear guidance- give him a call! You will not regret it.

Where do I begin.... Lucas was absolutely incredible! From start to finish he did his thing. I started the process during the holidays with another lender whom dropped the ball and Lucas came in and handled everything thoroughly and efficiently. He made himself available at all times and explained things well enough for a first time home buyer to understand. If you need a person who gets it done, Lucas is your guy!!!
