Won my case. Aggressive in court but was very kind and down to earth to me. Spoke well on my behalf.
He did not show up to court and we lost the case. Poor communication. He was our only hope and he let us down. We still have no idea what happened to him and his voice mail says he is out of office tell some future date. The judge did note that he was supposed to be there and did not show.
My Dine people don’t waste your time with this attorney! Find someone else… communication is poor, he did NOT show up for my case in New Mexico. Mr. Babycos didn’t not prepare for case beforehand! Don’t waste your time and money!
