Excellent customer service from Nando after a mix up with an order through another supplier. Really appreciated his efforts and communication. Both items received as described. Easy to put together and perfect for what we needed.
Went and accidently bought the wrong size Bialetti Venus coffee maker (4 cup), online. It was waiting for me on the counter when I get there to pick it up. The woman who served me, provided excellent customer service; she wanted to make sure that I had the size that I really wanted before leaving. She went out the back and grabbed the 6 cup for me to have a geeze at. Turns out, the 6 cup is the one that fills a 220ml mug, leaving some room for milk if that's your thing. I visited to collect the bamboo 2nd hanging rail. Product is as advertised, really looking forward to having more hanging space on my wife's side of the wardrobe! Just ensure you call ahead to make sure there is actually someone there before you visit if you choose to pickup your order.
