Difficult to work with, condescending, definitely not the type of person you want handling your loved ones legal needs. Mr. Luby has treated me like a criminal for being associated with somebody who did something wrong, and has refused to do his job. According to the law we hired him to represent the estate that many of my family members are a beneficiary of. And he has been an Absolute nightmare.
