Wow, What a difference When I interviewed with Julie, I realized that she has been in the business for a long time. Her fees are not that much more than any of the fiduciaries. If you went with one that is cheaper, you may risk the chance of them screwing up and costing the estate much more. A VERY EXPENSIVE & STRESSFUL LESSON! Per my own personal experience I have found Lubitz to be someone that is unethical, manupiliative and takes total control of your finances & life! JULIE LUBITZ-CONSPIRATOR TO COMMIT FRAUD Prior to Julie Lubitz becoming my motherâs Conservator, she had a trust created, undisclosed to the Court and not included in the accountings. She named herself trustee and later funneled money into it from the Conservatorship estate.
