Took my car here on a Saturday afternoon to get my oil changed. Waited about 20 minutes to get into the shop but I was expecting that since it was a Saturday afternoon. When my car finally got in, they had a guy in the pit below removing the drain plugs and oil filters and a guy up top who opened my hood. I could feel my car moving from the guy below trying to take off my drain plug and oil filter.
