If I could rate zero stars I would. Poor quality service especially with people who are in a bad situation. The manager who works the office offered no help and us it was our problem not hers.. If you are involved in a wreck make sure to empty your vehicle out before it is picked up by the wrecker. Once at the yard you only have 10 minutes to get your things out of the vehicle if you don't. They pull your battery out so you will have to crawl over the seats to open the rear doors. Hopefully you are not injured from the wreck... read more
For $65 they towed my truck to the mechanic, no problems, easy breezy. I could have easily done more damage by pulling my vehicle all over town. I will definitely use them again. Contrary to the other review if you are nice to the staff they are nice to you.
Probably the worst concentration of human beings I've ever met. Not only did they tow my vehicle for an outrageous price the receptionists were increasingly rude as the situation progressed telling me to walk the 15 mile distance to their lock up. So if you ever catch yourself in west Texas do yourself a favor and park correctly or you'll be unfortunate enough meet some of the scummiest cave dwelling mouth breathers to ever taint the earth. If no stars were an option they'd recieve it
