I seldom post negative comments, but I'm just frustrated. There is a new doc and they're not maintaining a timely schedule. After waiting for over an hour last week and not being seen, I rescheduled my appointment. Now, here I sit for an appointment that was supposed to be more than an hour and a half ago.
The staff and doctor are extremely nice here. My children and I were so pleased with our experience and will continue our eye care with Lubbock Vision.
Lubbock Vision is the best Dr. Gonzales is amazing. The staff is awesome everyone is very welcoming, warm and friendly. The whole experience is great Dr. Gonzales and her staff are dedicated to providing the best service possible. The health of your eyes is their mission and priority.
