We used them for a wedding. Told Randy that we specifically didn't want a 54 seat bus, but he sent one anyway. Our guests wouldn't ride that bus, cost us extra to get extra drivers for individual cars, we missed part of our daughter's' reception fixing this, and we wasted thousands of dollars for a bus we didn't order and our guests wouldn't use. Randy promised to fix it but never did anything. Use any other service, Lubbock Shuttle will not be honest with you.
