I have always been greeted with a smile and friendly face.
The staff was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They were able to take a complicated task (applying for a construction loan) and make the process manageable and understandable.
I recently applied for a car loan through the Ossian branch and the process was so easy and everyone I worked with was very helpful and friendly and answered all my questions. Not to mention their interest rates were significantly lower than anywhere else in the area.
