We booked transport after getting off a ship in Miami on 3/22 and paid a $245 deposit, with a quoted remaining balance of $700 due at delivery. We were told it would take 3–5 business days. A week went by and we could not get ahold of anyone. Our car was still being pinged in Florida, and the company was completely unresponsive. Moved my daughter's new car from S FL to University of Illinois (Champaign). Communication was high, price was great, and I'd most definitely utilize LTS Transport Services again!
Worked with William on transporting my Porsche Cayenne GTS from Columbus, OH to FTL. Excellent day-by-day updates. Very communicative and reliable. Inspected my truck before taking delivery and my vehicle was flawless - straight from the dealer! Will use them again!
Highly recommend had some hiccups but everything worked out.
